People, warning do not order from SizeAppeal.com!I've never been so totally ignored by any company I've order from online...ever!

Believe me, I've been ordering online for many moons! It's been over two months since I ordered two simple blouses, did not get an email receipt for the order, absolutely no response from customer service via email. When this company condescends to answer the phone during supposed "business" hours, you get no help there either. Been told 3 times that my items will be shipped "tomorrow".

They took my hard earned money, I wanted the product, but now I just want a refund and it appears that I'm going to have to fight tooth and claw to get that!

Wish I'd had the foresight to check out this company before I made a purchase.It appears they got an "F" in all areas of service!

I felt the same at one point in time..

but size appeal is now under new management, i took the risk because i really liked their new dresses.i spoke with the customer rep and she explained everything to me. I have been shopping there ever since and am more than satisfied!

:( I agree.I purchased some items from them in January.

I did actually receive my items (over $100 worth) but the quality was very poor. Looked like they'd fall apart after one wash. So I returned said items. They were received by "Juan" on Feb.

18. Their site says you should allow 30 days for a refund. It's now been 47 days. Still no refund.

I I can't seem to get in touch with anybody.I've called 7 times and sent 3 emails.
